1996 Summer:

Mr.Rene Eringaard develops the plan to erect a group of companies using the name XS2.

This group of companies will be active in the import/trading of computers and components.

1996 Autumn:

Mr. Rene Eringaard and Taiwanese company A-Trend (listed on the Taiwanese stock exchange) agree to establish a joint-venture company in The Netherlands called XS2.

XS2 will have the exclusive rights to distribute A-Trend's products in The Benelux.
